CoLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to define the terms and conditions under which Cabinet ROCHE Caraïbes (hereinafter "we" or the "firm"), the publisher of this (mobile) website, whose registered office is located at Résidence Yuana, Anse des Cayes, 97133, Saint Barthélemy, with a share capital of €1.000, registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 479 756 223, collects, processes, and stores your personal data as part of the (mobile) website www.cabinet-roche.com (hereinafter "the website" or the "Services").
Cabinet ROCHE Caraïbes operates under the "Pacte Successoraux Franco-Suisse" structure and is registered with the Guadeloupe Regional Company of Chartered Accountants.

It also defines the firm's policy regarding maintaining the confidentiality of your data, as well as your rights regarding the deletion and modification of this data. By using the Site, you explicitly agree, without limitation or qualification, to the collection, processing, use, transfer, and storage of personal information you have provided, in accordance with this policy.

  • Data inferred from your professional relationships or collected from other members: professional affinities with other contacts on the Application.
  • Profile data and contacts imported from other applications: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Gmail, Yahoo.
  • Data relating to the content you post: photos, text, images.
  • Technical data: we may also collect information how the Services are accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of the Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

This data may be entered by you on the site, imported from third-party applications, deduced, or automatically retrieved.
You therefore acknowledge that it is impossible for us to provide you with an exhaustive list of the data collected.
ARTICLE 3 – PURPOSE OF COLLECTING AND PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT TO ACCESS, MODIFY, AND DELETE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The Firm informs you that you have the right to access all personal data collected during your use of the Site and, if necessary, to correct it. You also have the right to no longer be contacted by us with information about our products and services. Furthermore, you have the right to withdraw your consent for the use of your personal data at any time and/or to have your personal data deleted. To modify your data, please send an email detailing your changes to rochechristian@cabinetrochecaraibes.com.

To verify that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, please redact your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), and passport number. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
Article 9 : CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Article 10: COLLECTION AND PROCESSING IN FRANCE
Personal data collected as part of the Services is subject to processing.
The automated processing of this personal data has been the subject of a regular declaration to the French National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL).
The data controller is Mr. Maxime Roche.
It is hereby specified that the sole service provided by the Firm described herein does not result in a decision-making process producing legal effects with respect to the user, based solely on automated processing intended to define the data subject's profile or to assess certain aspects of their personality within the meaning of Article 10, paragraph 2, of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to information technology, files, and civil liberties.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the User may request that the Data Controller rectify, complete, update, block, or delete personal data that is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, outdated, or whose collection or processing is prohibited.
The User may exercise this right and obtain disclosure of information concerning them by writing to Cabinet Roche Caraïbes: Mr. Christian Roche, Data Controller, Résidence Yuana, Anse des Cayes, 97133 St. Barthélemy.
In this case, the Data Controller will provide proof, free of charge, upon request from the User, that it has carried out the aforementioned operations. In the event that data has been transmitted to a third party (the Company(ies) and/or the Firm's Partners concerned), the Data Controller will notify said third party(ies) of the changes made.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Statement. Therefore, we recommend that you consult this Privacy Statement regularly so that you are aware of any changes.
